Hotel The Novotel Toronto Centre

Everything met the needs, had a really nice stay on that big time. I loved its location and rooms, very comfortable building. Walking to Union underground station takes about 15 minutes.

My stay was excellent, I liked that it was clean throughout, with exceptionally good views and unbeatable lovation short walk to the St Lawrence Market and Distillery District, the CN Tower, parks. The breakfast was delicious, had a great selection of options and the food was fabulous! The staff was pleasant and courteous, everything was great.

Everything was simply very good. Thank you everyone for a good stay at a great hotel.

The staff was efficient, best, no complaints. Buffet breakfast was astonishing with wide assortment. The location was magnificent, within walking distance of an ice hockey museum.

Location and rooms were great, I loved every detail. Had a really good stay at the time, will choose it for sure next trip.

The property overall was clean and relaxing, had amazing location and staff. We appreciated sitting in the restaurant for breakfast. It had a modern décor and an exceptionally comfortable bed.

We greatly enjoyed staff and location here. In the evening we visited Fran's Restaurant and Bar it was nearby.

Staff was so supportive, pool area was lovely, and breakfast was fresh made. We enjoyed soft drinks at the piano bar. Location just next door to events in Toronto, Shops.

Great value, I spent a very delightful time here. Enjoyed cheese and pastries at breakfast. Staff was willing to help and always gentle. They provided helpful service too. Complementary beers and coffee in the bistro bar, easy free parking place. The location was best possible and best possible.

we spent a fairly nice time here, exceptional staff and location. the beach was beautiful. loved the attached restaurant and its cold cuisine. with fast check-in and late check-out, this hotel was very homely.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay, it was fab. Breakfast was exceptional and I tried cheese and pastries. Fast check out too. Very close to bars and restaurants and a train station available very close to the hotel...

The hotel itself is stunningly beautiful and has wonderful location and staff. All in all it's perfectly clean place, they have cozy beds.

The place was fairly priced. Medium hotel with a very clean pool. Bedroom was great and staff was fabulous! The facilities were nice and easy to use. We loved the American cuisine in the restaurant.

Kind staff, friendly location, really comfy beds. The room itself was very pleasant, big enough and had essentials I needed. Walking distance to the shops and a market across the street. Plus, I was not too far away from a public square. Lots of food in the hotel, attached restaurant.

Happy staff, modern rooms and location was lovely. Super comfy beds, TV, blackout curtains and fridge were a nice touch. Satisfying breakfast, MARVELLOUS service. The pool was heated and the views were decent.
